To ensure transparency and clarity in the booking process, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy. Please read it carefully before confirming your booking or listing.

1. Cancellation Policy for Guests (Travelers)

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexible options when it comes to cancellations. However, cancellation terms vary depending on the property and booking conditions. The cancellation policy for each property is clearly outlined during the booking process. The following guidelines apply:

  • Standard Cancellation: If you cancel your booking at least 1 day before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.
  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 1 day of your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • Non-Refundable Booking: Some properties may have a non-refundable booking option. In this case, no refund will be issued after the booking is confirmed.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in on your scheduled check-in date without notifying us in advance, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy for Property Owners (Hosts)

As a property owner listing with Push Properties, you can set your own cancellation policy for bookings. We recommend offering flexible cancellation terms to attract more bookings. The options available to you include:

  • Flexible: Guests can cancel up to 1 day before the check-in date for a full refund.
  • Moderate: Guests can cancel up to 1 day before check-in for a partial refund.
  • Strict: Guests will receive no refund if they cancel after the reservation is confirmed.

Please note that once a booking has been made, you are expected to honor the reservation or comply with the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. If you cancel a reservation that was confirmed by a guest, we will issue a full refund to the guest, and your account may be subject to penalties.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation meets the criteria for a refund, it will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other situations outside of our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. If your booking is affected by such events, we will work with you to provide a full refund or offer an alternative property.

5. Modifications to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking, such as changing dates or the number of guests, please contact us at least 1 day before your scheduled check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any modifications made less than 1 day before your check-in may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

6. Special Event or Holiday Bookings

Bookings made for special events or holidays may be subject to different cancellation policies. These policies will be clearly stated during the booking process. Typically, special event bookings may have stricter cancellation terms, and refunds may not be provided.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage open communication between guests and property owners. If a resolution cannot be reached, Push Properties will step in to mediate and determine an appropriate outcome based on the circumstances.
